Heart disease in pregnancy is the leading indirect cause of maternal mortality.1 Coarctation aorta a rare condition found pregnant mothers and they are at extremely high risk life-threatening or fetal events any given time. Management these should be done specialized maternity hospitals, under care multidisciplinary team. Anesthetists involved various stages management mothers, especially during peripartum period. Here we presenting case history 20-year-old primipara, who was to have coarctation first trimester underwent uncomplicated cesarean section POA 31+5.

The problems encountered in infants are discussed and postoperative complications in adults and children detailed.
